A gift in your will or trust is a meaningful way to support Westside Pacific Villages (WPV). By adding WPV to your estate plan, you’ll become a member of the WPV Legacy Circle and help strengthen our financial foundation. It’s easy to do!
A bequest will make a lasting impact on WPV and minimize the impact on your estate. You can designate a specific amount or percentage to WPV in your will or trust, or name WPV as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or retirement account.

Bequest Sample Language: I give [ __ percent of my estate, or description of asset, or ____ dollars] to Westside Pacific Villages, a California nonprofit corporation, Tax ID #80-0348830 / 8939 S Sepulveda Blvd #233, Los Angeles, CA 90045 for its general use.
Retirement Beneficiary
You can name Westside Pacific Villages as the beneficiary of your retirement account, such as a 401(k) or IRA, and receive a charitable deduction.
Real Property
Donate real estate to WPV to receive a charitable deduction and potentially bypass capital gains tax. Consult your tax advisor regarding your eligibility and the amount of any deduction.
Appreciated Securities
Donate publicly traded stocks, bonds, or mutual funds to receive a charitable deduction for their fair market value and potentially bypass capital gains tax. Consult your tax advisor regarding your eligibility and the amount of any deduction.
Pledge an Annual Gift
Pledge an annual gift of $1,000 or more. If you are 72 or older, you may be able to make a qualified charitable distribution directly from your IRA to WPV, potentially excluding it from taxable income. Consult your IRA custodian or tax advisor.
